Based at the St. James Club, home of the incredibly successful Swansea Jazzland, we decided that Swansea was in need of a credible Blues Club. With the availability of the first Tuesday of each month at the venue and with the desire to create a Blues Club that would strive to book some of the greatest artists in the business to perform, Swansea Bluesland was born.

After having such prolonged success at Swansea Jazzland, with average crowds of 100 people attending per night over the last 10 years - we were convinced that it would not only be a natural progression to create a Rhythm n' Blues night but we would benifit from the loyal support of the Jazzland members and regulars to not only attend but to help spread the good word.

Our aim is simple - A great club, with great Rhythm n' Blues for great people to have a great night!
